“RACE”: the birth

“Race” it’s an attempt to offer the Good News of Jesus Christ, to Albanians who gather every summer on our beautiful coastline. Statistics say that over a million Albanians throughout the Balkan region and the rest of Europe visit Albania during the summer. It makes sense that we will offer the Gospel in a place where they are more open to talk about spiritual issues, than in their original contexts.

“RACE”: the importance

“RACE” it’s important for two reasons: first, who wouldn’t like to be part of God’s work... while enjoying the sea and sunlight? Second, the summer time it’s a time of rest, reflection, and comfort - and this might create a good context for spiritual conversations.

“RACE”: strategic?

Albanians from Kosova &  Macedonia are generally closed to the Gospel and strongly connected to their Muslim tradition. Our attempts to offer the Gospel to them will not stop, but it is wise use the opportunity while they visit Albania during the summer. Hopefully, we can have meaningful conversations and see fruit among them.
